Issue Performa
I have a maytag performa that gets cazy out of balance even with balanced small loads.?
The tub seems like it can be moved (at the upper levels) to easily, so much so, you can see the area betweenn tub and the wall of the washer. And in an unrelated issue, when I wash large loads (before this balance thing started) the pump wouldn’t pump the water out and would drain over the sides of the tub. I had to open and close the lid several times to get the pump to “engage” and pump the water out. But the balance thing is makeing it unusable, so thats my bigggest issue right now. Any suggestions
I would call Maytag and ask if there is a recall on any parts in the washer. Explain what is going on and see if they can’t get a technician out to look it over. 
Our brand new washer had a recalled part inside and it caused it to disable itself (saying the load was unbalanced) when it really wasn’t. You’d have to shut the thing off and restart the entire wash cycle to maybe get the load washed.
It was still under warranty so the man came out and replaced the parts for free!
